Inspired by wild flowers from the local, conversation with neighbours, the history and Culture of the lille.

I started drawing motifs inspired by wild flora found locally, incorporating garden flowers brought by neighbours who saw me painting. The word "L'Aurore (Dawn)" which also serves as the title, is picked up from the sign of a café that thrived during the Industrial Revolution era, now closed and converted as a residential house.
